Ranging in size from 900 to 1,700 square feet with a main living floor and second storey or loft, these homes are perfect for young families and downsizers, offering both privacy and opportunity to connect and play. Each home has its own private small yard and parking that’s either attached or detached, depending on the unit.

Estate Cottages

These two-storey farmhouse style homes with Scandinavian influence offer gorgeous form and function, and range in size from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet. Striking in their size and their design, these are quintessential family homes with ample space to gather, play and host. Live comfortably as a family in a generously sized and well appointed home, nestled among tree-lined streets with simultaneous privacy and community connection. Depending on the home, parking is included either in an attached or detached garage. 

Townhomes

A versatile style of home, townhomes are adaptable to the needs of young professionals, families and downsizers. Ranging in size from 900 to 2,000 square feet and two or three storeys, our townhomes offer both private and communal outdoor space, with attached or detached parking depending on the unit. Our townhomes blend the charm and community feel of rural living with the convenience of urban living, offering the best of both worlds.

Country Flats 

With a connection to urban convenience in the centre of the neighbhourhood, our country flats offer apartment-style living and include private outdoor balconies and shared landscaped courtyards. These homes range in size from 600 to 1,800 square feet and connect residents to the community through proximity to fellow residents and community amenities.
