Southlands Tsawwassen introduced the innovative courtyard cottage concept to Metro Vancouver in 2021, selling out quickly and winning a 2023 Georgie Award for single-family home design. Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to introduce our second release – the Beachcomber Cottages.

Beachcomber Cottages is an intimate enclave of seven detached cottages surrounding a sociable garden courtyard. Each cottage has its own unique beach character, inspired by Boundary Bay’s traditional cottages, with colourful exteriors and bright, open interiors. Efficient floorplans range from 1,320 – 1,410 SF across two levels, in configurations of two bedrooms and a den or three bedrooms. Either way, you have space for overnight guests and a home office or creative studio.With nine-foot ceilings on the main level and several operable windows, your home is filled with natural light and fresh sea breezes.
