We had a vision – to connect people with farming and food. The Granary brings that idea to fruition. Our partnership with Four Winds Brewing—and their new restaurant—creates a strong sense of place. The design of the homes, the social spaces within, and the connections to Market Square make The Granary uniquely Southlands. To date, it’s the project that best expresses our vision.

Four Winds Brewing Co. is opening a new retail shop, restaurant, and destination patio. Drop by for upscale pub fare and award-winning craft ales, brewed on site from Southlands-grown ingredients. Take a Mixed Pack home to the courtyard. With a massive garage-style door and indoor-outdoor bar, this design- forward taproom will be the talk of the town.
