With the first Southlands real estate sales event approaching, the onsite construction team has been working hard and making great progress to bring the housing and community components to fruition.

Join developer Sean Hodgins as he takes you on a construction tour of the Market Square, Discovery Centre, and Phase A1 housing, as well as gives viewers a sneak preview of the Heirloom townhomes and Estate Cottages which will go on sale this September 2020. All homes in the first sales release will be move-in ready.
